01The service
DeskyAI provides an AI assistant that reads data from business tools you connect and helps you analyse it through conversation, reports, and dashboards. The assistant accesses your connected accounts on a read‑only basis and cannot make changes to them.
02Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You must be authorised to connect any third‑party account you link to DeskyAI.
03Acceptable use
You agree to use DeskyAI lawfully and not to:
- access data or accounts you are not authorised to access;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse‑engineer, or compromise the service or its infrastructure;
- use the service to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
04Connected services
When you connect a third‑party service (such as Xero, Shopify, or Google Ads), your use of that service remains subject to that provider's own terms. You can disconnect any service at any time, which removes its stored credentials and synced data as described in our Privacy Policy.
05Fees
DeskyAI is offered as a paid subscription. Applicable fees, billing cycle, and any changes will be communicated to you. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law.
06Intellectual property
DeskyAI and its software, branding, and content are owned by DeskyAI. Your business data and the data from your connected accounts remain yours. We claim no ownership over it and use it only to provide the service.
07Disclaimers
DeskyAI is a decision‑support tool, not a substitute for professional financial, accounting, legal, or tax advice. AI‑generated outputs may contain errors; you are responsible for verifying information before relying on it. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeskyAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
09Termination
You may stop using DeskyAI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or where required to protect the service or other users.
10Changes and governing law
